Informing us of your change of address is an important part of the recovery process. We need your current address and contact numbers in order for us to do a successful recovery if your pet should go missing. You have several options to contact us to change your address: phone; e-mail; fax; mail or you can use the form below to send us your change of address/phone numbers or any other information on your pet. Remember to include the microchip number for your pet in the comments box below. Presently, we do not charge a fee for a change of address for current owners on our database.

Please note that all change of address requests will be done during regular office hours of 7:30 am to 5:00 pm Mountain Time, Monday through Friday.
